All sizes are approximate and colours/designs may vary from time to time, and may not be exactly as shown on your screen. Of course, custom designs can be accommodated due to the handmade nature of our products, just contact us.

We stand by our products, so we do accept returns for legitimate reasons, e.g. faults or imperfections, but that should be rare due to our strict quality control methods (all items are tested on Slave Simon and other subs before going into production). We do not accept returns if you just change your mind, so please pick carefully. We offer a 30 DAY GUARANTEE against any defects in ‘reasonable use’. A refund is payable upon your returning the goods at your cost. 

We do not charge GST/Other sales taxes as at present our turnover is below the threshold.
